Adhesive-base insulation pins

IMMEDIATE mechanical fixing of insulation on flat surfaces such as ventilation ducts, glass or sheet metal. Service temperature: -40 °C to +80 °C (+100 °C for short periods).

Each system: a Ø2.7 mm galvanised steel pin welded to a 50 x 50 x 0.5 mm galvanised plate with double-sided adhesive, plus a Ø30 mm galvanised spring steel washer. Optional: nylon protective caps (NSC27).

Application: at +10 °C or above, on clean, dry, degreased surfaces. Peel the backing, press firmly, push the insulation onto the pins and secure with the washers.
